All our entered dogs did well, but our undisputed star of the show in Poznań was Gavrell, who, among a very large number of veterans, took 4th place in the BIS Veteran competition! :o)

A few days ago, our Ibriell turned 8 years old and this weekend, after several years of absence, she returned to the show rings - already in the veteran class :o) We also showed two younger girls - Nixie and Prada - at two national dog shows in Nowy Targ :o)

Our next point on this year's club show map was the Vienna Spaniel Show in Wolkersdorf im Weinviertel (AT), judged by Elaine Thomas (UK, Claramand kennel) :o) Our dogs did pretty well, and Gavrell & Maze were also nominated for the Best Grooming competition :o)

Gavrell had orthopedic tests today - his patella were examined, his elbow joints were x-rayed and, by the way, his hip joints were checked as well. All joints are normal :o)

At the international dog show in Bytom Prada competed in the puppy class for the last time and became the Best Puppy in Breed, and Maze took second place in the champion class :o)

We received very good news from the Genomia laboratory, where we ordered a package of genetic tests for Soffie. Previously we knew that she is free from prcd-PRA and FN by parents and now we have confirmation that this is indeed the case :o) The package included testing for 7 diseases (in the case of AMS and BSS, this is a repeat test because Soffie had already been tested for these diseases) and we are very happy that Soffie is not affected nor carrier for this diseases :o)

The trip to Lithuania resulted in new titles for Prada and Gavrell :o) Prada returned from Molėtai with the Lithuanian Puppy Champion diploma, while Gavrell became Lithuanian Veteran Champion and earned the last necessary certificate to obtain the title of Veteran Interchampion! :o)

Our dogs returned from the show weekend in Bratislava (SK) with new titles :o) The youngest in the team, Prada, received the title of Slovak Puppy Champion, Soffie finished the Slovak Champion and Gavrell, shown only on Sunday, became the Slovak Veteran Winner! :o)

We opened the new show season at the international dog show in Gdynia. Not very successful results were compensated by the possibility of a walk on the beach :o) Unfortunately, we don't have nice shots from the show itself, so this time, unusually, photos from the pier in Sopot :o)
